On my '06' it's in the glove box in behind.
Fuse panel is located on the passenger compartment dash, just to the right side of the (open) lower glove box. Fuse diagram should be on back of panel cover, but cant swear to it as I no longer own my '06 Pathfinder.
Easy look at the fuse box under the steering wheel and look for a blown fuse then replace it with a larger one. If that blows then you have a short to ground. That first answer is so unhelpful! The fuse you're looking for is in the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel. It's labeled ACC (diagram is on the fuse box cover) and is a 15 amp fuse. I just had my stereo and cigg lighter stop working. I changed the fuse and all is right in the world. Good luck to you!

the fuse box is under the dash on the pasengers side. lift out the dash storage well
It is under the hood, next to the battery.
Passenger side,
`the cigarette lighter fuse is located in the fuse box under the bonnet on the passenger side
There is a fuse box under the hood in the engine compartment. It looks like a rectangular shaped black box on the drivers side. There should be a diagram underneath the cover of the fuse box that shows you what each fuse does. It can be confusing. If you are having trouble understanding the diagram (like me) locate 2 fuses that are separated from the others. One is a 7.5 amp and the other is a 25 amp fuse. The 25 amp fuse is for the stereo. That is where it is on my 2006 highlander it could be different on another year. Hope this helps.Another View: No year is given for the Highlander in the question. I have an '06 and the radio fuse is located in the fuse panel underneath the bottom of the left hand side of the dash board to the left of the steering column.
