Im not quite sure as to what flasher you are speaking of but if its the emergency flashers those are on the dash next to the clock. If you mean high-beam flashers just flick the high beams instead of a full click and it flashes for you.
The signal and emergency flashers are located behind the lower dash panel aprox in the center. You need to remove several small screws to drop this plastic panel. Once it is off the flashers are visable.
