As a current framer and photographer I would be glad to share my expertise. Charge your regular fees for the shoot and the pictures. Subcontract the framing to a place like a Michael's or a Hobby Lobby or even a small independent who can make you a good deal. Mark up the framing 100 percent. Your charge on a frame of a double matted 16x20 photo in a 20 x 24 frame with museum quality glass and all acid free materials should run around 250 to 400 dollars (excluding photo and shoot charges, just the framing). Expect a two week turn around time.
