There are several things that are found in the walls of the stomach uterus and arteries. The smooth muscle is one of elements that are found in these organs.
Cardiac muscle is found only in the heart. Cardiac muscle contains the proteins actin and myosin. All the other muscles are smooth or skeletal.
Cardiac muscle fibers.
Cardiac muscle is found in the heart. The other two types of muscle are smooth and striated (skeletal) muscle.Cardiac muscle, the third kind of muscle (the other two being skeletal and smooth muscle.
Arteries are made of 3 distinct layers. A intimia, media and adventitia layer. The media layer is the one that contains all the muscular fibres as well as elastin. In elastic arteries the media is made from a lot of elastin and not much smooth muscle. These are generally found near the heart (such as ascending aorta) because they need to be able to expand with the large pressure being pumped from the LV. Muscular arteries however have a lot of smooth muscle and not much elastin. These are found away from the heart in areas such as limbs.

smooth muscle
Individual muscle cells are called muscle fibers or myofibers. These elongated cells are specialized for contraction and come in three types: skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle fibers, each serving different functions in the body. Skeletal muscle fibers are responsible for voluntary movements, cardiac muscle fibers make up the heart, and smooth muscle fibers are found in the walls of hollow organs.
Many things, including arteries, stomach, intestines, and uterus.
Smooth muscle is found in hollow visceral organs, like the stomach, intestines, uterus, bladder, and blood vessels/arteries. (Smooth muscle doesn't apply to the heart though, that's cardiac muscle)
The type of muscle described is smooth muscle. Smooth muscle is involuntary, has single-ovoid nuclei, and contains slow-twitch fibers with spindle-shaped cells. It is found in organs such as the digestive tract and blood vessels.
Smooth muscle tissue is located in the wall of the digestive tract.
In visceral organs: for example, the stomach, urinary bladder, small intestines. Smooth muscle cells are also found in arteries and arterioles
Smooth muscle cells are involuntary and non-striated, meaning they lack the distinct banding pattern seen in skeletal muscle fibers. Unlike skeletal muscle fibers, which are multi-nucleated and have a cylindrical shape, smooth muscle cells are spindle-shaped and typically contain a single nucleus. Additionally, smooth muscle is found in the walls of hollow organs and is responsible for involuntary movements, while skeletal muscle is primarily responsible for voluntary movements and is attached to bones.
Skeletal. Definitely. Skeletal Muscle moves bone whereas smooth muscle is found in organs and other parts of the body (stomach, veins, arteries, etc.)
