Hi,
I have this same machine and this happens from time to time but fortunately is easily fixed.

What has happened is some thread has got caught in the bobbin feeder mechanism. to fix
1. Stop everything and turn the machine off (we don't want any holes in fingers)
2. Open the foot plate and take the bobbin out, then push those two black hook/locks aside that are holding the circular mechanism in and take that out as well. There is one more piece (a semi circular silver piece) that comes out too (make sure you remember how to put these things back
3. There will be some thread stuck somewhere in the mechanism. Get some good lighting and some tweezers and search for jammed threads. Be very careful when you look because they're easily missed sometimes, and if you don't get them all it will just jam up again.
4. Once you have gotten all the junk out replace the pieces and it should work fine, if it doesn't there's still some thread stuck somewhere so go and look again
5. Make sure you don't try to sew anything if it's not feeding properly because you will just damage your fabric and the machine.

Good luck
