Yes, though I've never seen someone who makes a "left-handed" Trumpet, which would make holding and playing it awkward at best.

no as a matter of fact there isnt left handed people actually find it easier than right becsuse the way that trumpets are formed.

it is certinly possible, but it would make it dificult playing C#/Db but with time and practice you could be as good as a trumpet player with all three fingers
