The only thing you can do is save your game and shut off the ps2 and turn it back on to get back to the main menu.

When you finish the game, beat Xemnas, do all the credits and you find the screen when you get the kills, saves and stuff, you can't go any further so you need to turn off or reset the PS2 to play again but you can't save after beating the game.
