It can be if you are active and your pulse rate is 60 that is good. If you are sitting down and your pulse rate is 60 then you could have heart problems.

Most health experts would say you are "perfectly normal" as they classify a "normal" pulse rate as 60-80 BMP. I do not agree with the previous answer as scientists believe most persons' regular heart beat should be 60-80BMP and higher when excersizing. X
