The ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) light is on because the ABS module detects a problem with the system. The ABS light will remain on until the problem is fixed. Once fixed, the ABS light will reset itself.

Pull out eack spark plug individually, the one that's not working will look wet or oilly. It will look wet because the gasoline is not burning completely or at all. That would be the ignition coil to replace.

I took out fuse #17 (10 Amp) which basically shut down the anti-theft (start) and it still didn't start. After checking that fuse #33 (7.5 Amp) was good, I replaced the starter and it's working fine. The only other thing it could be is the inhibitor switch (Park or Neutral switch) so try both positions and if it doesn't start in either Park or Neutral, it's probably the starter unless you have a stick instead of an automatic. In stick shifts, there is another switch linked to the clutch...that can stop it from starting.

I would take it back to the tire shop that used the air wrench on it and insist they repair it. Those guys are notorious for overtightening with the air wrench, rather than torqueing to the proper specification. Overtighterning also tends to warp the brake rotors, giving you pulsating brakes. Of course, if you overtightened the lugs yourself, ignore this message.
