Depends how big your ears are stretched at dude, but if you take out your plugs/tunnels every night and rub vitamin e oil / biooil/ jojoba oil on it this allows the ear to relax and the blood to flow freely. They'l thicken up after a while of doing this.
Another way to thicken them up is to downsize and restretch, downsize and restretch and so on. By doing this your allowing the molecules (i forget the scientific name of them =P) in your ear to heal and by downsizing and restretching you are eventually going to increase the number of said molecules eventually resulting in a thick ear.
Its a long process but its better than having a snapped / torn stretched ear ! (:
Ive had my ear lobe pierced for about 12 weeks, and it just started not getting swollen and sore about 4 weeks ago. So id say about 4-7 weeks
Vincent van Gogh made a self portrait of himself with a severed ear. He had a severed ear because he had cut it off as a gift to give to his girlfriend to show how much he cared for her.

Vincent Van Gogh.Vincent Van GoghVincent van Gogh cut off the lower part of his ear lobe. Then he wrapped in several tissue and handed it to a prostitute named Rachel.-Answerd by Christian Henry
He admitted himself shortly after his feud with the artist Gaugain, an artist he shared residence with in Arles, France. This feud famously resulted in Van Gogh cutting his ear lobe. Whilst at the asylum, he painted, on average, 1-2 paintings a day.
Yes, but for most people, that's kind of the point. Your earlobe is stretched out.
Yes you can get the ear repierced however you need to wait until the surgeon tells you it's OK to repierce the lobe.
Dangling earlobe is dominant.
The ear lobe is essentially nothing more than a little bit of tissue and fat. So as with all things related to gravity, if the lobe becomes weighed down, it will stretch or drop. In regards to dangle earrings, excessive use leads to the ear lobe leads to the tissue being stretched out and the lobs stretching.
It means to puncture or pierce the ear lobe and insert special jewellery designed to be worn in the ear lobe.
A little help, Top of the ear lobe would be the ear canal so I don't know what you are asking for?
There are several causes of a swollen ear lobe. Some of the conditions that can cause this are an ear infection, glue ear, Swimmer's ear, folliculitis and Meniere's disease.
Yes, puncturing the ear lobe hurts, but only for a brief period of time.
