Right, behind the cluster in a round rubber bung, remove this and you will see a 19mm hollow bolt. Get the wheel wrench as it is the right sized and undo the bolt. Then on the inside of the door post their are two bolts with slotted heads - remove these and the cluster will pull off.
took me days to work out
If it's the brake light in the boot lid then you have to take the cover off the inside of the boot lid and then you will have access to the light bulbs. If it's the brake light in the rear quarter panel then you open boot lid and unscrew the two bolts holding the light cluster and slide it backwards, then you will have access to the bulbs
Purchase a 12volt 21 Watt BA15s bulb, also marketed as a type 382. Refer to the owners/haynes manual and remove the relevant rear light cluster. The screws are accessed through the rear side panel. Remove the appropriate light fitting by twisting the holder a quarter turn counter-clockwise. Remove the bulb from the holder by pressing it in and turning it a quarter turn counter-clockwise. Replacement is the reverse of removal.
change the light bulb,
If none of them are working, then it will probably be a fuse as you probably won't have any running lights either. If not then, you need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
means you have a problem in the rear brakes of your car. go to a mechanic before ya have a wreck

where can i get car nuts for cluster rear lights for fiat punto 51 year
Changing a Punto rear lampThere are two bolts to be unfastened to release the whole of the rear light cluster. The first is inside the car, just to the side above the top of the rear seat. The bolt can be unfastened using the plastic tool which is in in the boot with the spare wheel. Also, this bolt may be covered with a plastic clip, to match the vinyl at the rear of the car. The second bolt is hidden inside the boot; the 'carpet' in the boot may need to be pulled back near the rear light cluster. Once the two bolts have been removed (with care, don't drop them down the cavity), the rear light cluster can be removed. Next, unclip the plug to the light cluster so that it can be removed. Finally, unscrew the rear of the light cluster (four screws) and replace the bulb. This has to be the worst design ever and makes changing a lamp quite a hastle! .NickThere is a good video on YouTube how to do this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zsPZM-6DvM&list=UUe7_90E_rJSOeU92x1m7Wsw&index=6&feature=plcp
depends on the year on a 2005 you have to remove the rear cluster.
the left rear indicator light is only working intermitantly, how can this fault be rectified
open the tailgate ,and at the side of the light cluster you will find a small round pop out plastic disc, behind which is the release screw for the light cluster.
open the boot you will find 3 screws undo them then ease the cluster away from body then remove the bulb cluster its easy to do
To change the rear light cluster, first gain access to the boot, then remove the three plastic covers located directly behind cluster in boot these give you access to three 10mm nuts. To remove these nuts you will need a 10mm socket and a medium reach extension bar, remove all three nuts being careful not to drop them and the rear cluster will come away from body work then remove the lampholders to remove cluster completely. This is also how you would change a bulb in the rear cluster if you need to.
the cluster nuts for the rear lights are located behind two plastic lugs located either side inside the back, there is one on top and one on the bottom you should have the plastic light removal tool with the jack that came with the car, remove the lugs with a screwdriver and you will see some plastic nuts, if you do not have the tool for them you can use a socket instead. once the two nuts are out unplug the wiring as you extract the light.
I found this tricky too. It's not that obvious and it's different to how it works on some other cars I've had. Undo the 2 screws on light cluster. Then to get the cluster out, if you are standing at the rear of the car and you wish to remove the left cluster, move it slightly to the left to release it from its fixture, then pull it towards you. Once you have release the light cluster, you can remove the individual bulbs via the rear of the cluster - rotate the bulb's round plastic fixture and then pull it out.
