Right, behind the cluster in a round rubber bung, remove this and you will see a 19mm hollow bolt. Get the wheel wrench as it is the right sized and undo the bolt. Then on the inside of the door post their are two bolts with slotted heads - remove these and the cluster will pull off.

If it's the brake light in the boot lid then you have to take the cover off the inside of the boot lid and then you will have access to the light bulbs. If it's the brake light in the rear quarter panel then you open boot lid and unscrew the two bolts holding the light cluster and slide it backwards, then you will have access to the bulbs
Purchase a 12volt 21 Watt BA15s bulb, also marketed as a type 382. Refer to the owners/haynes manual and remove the relevant rear light cluster. The screws are accessed through the rear side panel. Remove the appropriate light fitting by twisting the holder a quarter turn counter-clockwise. Remove the bulb from the holder by pressing it in and turning it a quarter turn counter-clockwise. Replacement is the reverse of removal.
change the light bulb,
If none of them are working, then it will probably be a fuse as you probably won't have any running lights either. If not then, you need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
