There is a square button where the wiper attaches to the wiper arm. Press the button and slide the wiper until it stops, about half an inch. Pull the arm away from the windshield and rotate the wiper slightly and it will unlock pull away from the wiper arm. No special tools required. Replacements are Anco Contour C24BB (one side) and C19BB (other side) or Valeo 900-24-9B & 900-19-7B. Other brands are available as well.
