It appears there are 3 small bolts (10mm(?) that hold the headlight assembly in place. Remove those and the entire headlight will come out - that will make access to the bulb a whole lot easier!
Twist the collar-type retainer on the back of the headlamp to release the bulb socket - pull straight out.
NOTE: Do not touch the glass of the new halogen bulb - the oils in the skin will shorten the life-span of the new bulb.
Also - there are instructions and diagrams for this in the Owner's Manual that came with the car - See "Related Questions" for free online copy of the Owners Manual
Answerunder the hood you reach under the front cowling behind the headlight and gently pull the connector off (don't pry up on it or it will break) and then twist the ring holding it in and your set. Unbolting the battery on the drivers side and moving it in helps also. Just don't unbolt anything on the headlight or alignment can be off. Answerif it is the light bulb that needs changing then open the hood and behind the light fixture there will be a wire going into the fixture. at the end of the wire there is a rubber insulator connected to the fixture turn that counter clockwise and pull it out, and the connection should come out the bulb will be in the connection. then just simply replace and put it back in. if the fixture is broken then you will have to take it to a mechanic.Remove the screws holding the headlight assembly. The headlight socket twists counterclockwise to remove, and the headlight unplugs from the socket.
Hi,The headlamp bulb is relatively easy to replace in these vans. What you have to do is remove the turn signal assembly first, and then the headlamp assembly. This is done by removing 3 wing nuts that hold the assemblies in, and then pulling the turn signal assembly straight out, followed by the headlamp assembly. The headlamp assembly has to be lifted UP and then Out.Once you have the assembly out, the headlight bulb can be unscrewed from the back of the assembly and replaced. Be careful not to get any oil from your fingers on the new bulb, as that will heat up when the light is on and decrease the lifetime of the bulb.I have included a link below that shows pictures of the assemblies and how to removed them.Take Care, Greg

The first thing to do is go and buy the replacement bulb. Behind the headlight there is a round ring unsrew it pull out the bulb (which is attached to the wires). When you look at the old bulb base and your new replacement you will know what to do. Just unplug the old bulb housing and plug in the new.Putting the round ring and bulb housing back on can be a chore but it just just takes a little time.
A sealed beam headlight is just that. The unit is sealed and you replace the entire light. A composite is made of pieces that's why the name. To replace a composite you put a new blub in the back.
Open the hood and then examine the top of the headlight assembly and locate the two pins that can be pulled up and out of the assembly. Then rotate the headlight Assembly out of the front of the grille and change the headlight bulb...reverse the process

Remove the screws holding headlight door (the chrome or painted reflector panel) in place. This should include the screws located in the side/corner light panels. Remove the screws from the retaining ring to release the hold on the headlamp. Pull the headlamp forward and disconnect the lamp socket. Replace the headlamp and restore the fittings in reverse order.
To replace a Fiat Stilo driver side headlight , you need to first remove the battery cover and turn the steering wheel to the right. After this you should remove the wheel arch and then the cap that is on the headlamp back. This will make the bulbs visible. You can then proceed to replace the headlight.
