Open the covers behind the steeering wheel. There will be 6 screws and some snap-ins. Look for the ignition switch on the left side. It should be behing the key cylinder. Remove the 3 screws holding the switch. You should be able to pull the switch out.

Bad ignition coil? Bad fuel pump?
Yes it can. I had a 1998 Honda Odyssey with an aftermarket set-up and it did that. I would pull over, put it park and restart. After an ignition switch recall, the system is not connected anymore so the problem is gone.
wiggle the KEY and jiggle the handlebars at the same time.
The PGM-FI unit is located under carpet at the passenger side. It covered by frame. Good luck. The ignition control module of any late model Honda/Acura product is always the PGMFI computer, which controls all fuel delivery and ignition timing coordination. Now, if you have a problem, that is ignition related, first replace the plugs, then the wires, and shortly after the ign coil itself. That's how you approach a Honda ign prob.
B. Change engine oil & filter. 2. Change engine air filter & cabin filter. Check all belts. 5. Replace engine coolant.
