(I can 2/3rd's answer this question as I am in the middle of the same project of changing the outside door latch on the passenger-side.)
1st. Find a 'star-key-Allen-Wretch' or 'Star' Screw Driver. [size?]
2nd. Unscrew the Inside Panel of the door, there are 3-4 screws located at the corner of the door, under the weather stripping. There are at least a dozen located around the edges of the paneling, start; with taking off the screen[s] of the door speakers, then use the 'Star-Key' to undo the speaker[s] loosen the Door and Window Panel Controls.
3rd. Next, on the outside edge of the 'door-frame', there are 'plug-caps,' (you will need a thin-tipped Flat-Head Screw Driver) un-cap those, again -- you will need to use the same-size 'Star-Screw Driver' to insert inside the door about 4" inches inset the frame.. (the allenkey wrench -- is not likely to reach inset the door frames to screws) -- to reach the inside of the door-frame; from the door-frame's 'outter-edge'. There are about a half-dozen of those "Plug's"that need to be "Uncapped" (w/o scratching the paint) before the 'inset screws' can be 'un-screwed.'
4th. Start to pull the Edge-Trim, weather-seal, which separates/cushions the panel of the Door-Frame.
5th. Use, your 'Flat-Head Driver' to separate the trim of the paneling away from the door-frame.

(Where I am at now, it is dark, I am having trouble finding another pin hook-up that is not releasing itself from the corner-vent-window; so I'll try again tomorrow, n' see where to 'detach' the 'rods' from the 'plastic-clips' ---> connected to the Door Handle/Bezel to the Lock Barrel -- This shouldn't be a big deal, well it better not anyways, it's pretty lame that some can't readily find anything out there in terms of 'illustrated translation' for door spec.'s from Freightliner. Just at the moment (The Door Paneling itself is .) N' I am trying to get enough clearance where I can see the Lock barrel, rod's and components to detach all with out any hang-ups because, there is a still a connection to the door handle pinched some where up top nearer the window.)

Never worked on the Century Class, but I am familiar with the similar Columbia... there should be a panel on the passenger side which can be popped out with a flat screwdriver.. that should expose the fuse panel.
