It is under the hood on the firewall. There should be a round white container bolted back on the driver side next to the brake reservoir.
89-94 are the same and 96-97 are the other style. 95 is a split year (the vin # of the change is available by asking a parts store for 95 parts. Late 95 interchanges. Basically if it looks like it fits it does.
Watch how the old one comes off. Also there should be a diagram under the hood somewhere. Check on the fan shroud. Might also be off to one side. My 89 had a sticker diagram right on the lip when you opened the hood near the latch

GET A PAIR OF PLIERS AND PULL THE WIRES WHERE THE HOOD POPPING THING IS INSIDE THE CAR AND PULL EMM. OR AN EASIER ALTERNATIVE METHOD I USED WAS TO BUY A SET OF HOOD PINS THEY ARE ABOUT $7 ON EBAY OR ABOUT $5.99 AT YOUR LOCAL AUTO ZONE

sometimes hitting with your fist closed will do the trick; hit around where the latch is located sometimes hard some times soft; my G20 will open this way when I do it this until a get a replacement cable hope this works for you
