For blue/pink stains on concrete, use a 25% solution of bleach (1/4 cup bleach with 3/4 cup water). Pour on stain, cover with kitty litter, wet litter with more solution. For lighter stains, allow to sit 15 minutes or so; for tough stains, leave overnight. Bleach may be harmful to plants growing near the treated area. Use Caution!
