How do you equip potions in Kingdom Hearts 2?

pause the game. (not in battle) go to items. click on a character u want to have a potion. click on an empty green slot. then pick your choice like elixer potion megapotion ect.

Equip them in your command deck and when you need one, scroll through it and select it.

You equip it to your abilities, then press X.
