As to the second question, the Neo-Nazi Parties generally appeal to people who have lost faith in mainstream political parties because the mainstream parties are corruptible or have complex solutions to complex problems. An ideological movement, like the Neo-Nazis is not subject to corruption or compromise because its adherents are true believers in their doctrine. Second, the Nazis propose very simple solutions to complex problems. Of course, the solution proposed does not actually resolve the problem since complex problems require complex solutions, but appeal of a perfect solution is incredibly high.
