First shave the area. Then clean with alcohol.Apply a small amount to the skin so its lightly wet and tacky.Place your stencil press it with a paper towel.its good and dried in about 5 minutes. It takes a little getting used to the right amount but once you got it down you wont go with anything else.Ive been using this way for the past 6 years ago when i started working in a shop and will never go back to using green soap again. Also i know dettol makes a few different products. The stuff you want has a brownish color and smells like pinesol

One can purchase a custom tattoo machine from many different places. Local tattoo parlours would most likely sell old tattoo machines that they no longer use. One could also find these machines on sites such as eBay or Kijiji. Make sure to disinfect if buying a used custom tattoo machine.
Basic stencils are fairly easy to make. All you need is a clear Mylar to use as your base, and a very sharp (exacto) knife.Your stencils are basically either positive or negative (the hole in the sheet of Mylar or the piece you cut from it)To start out simple shapes will do you more good... allowing you to use them to make clean edges. As you become more comfortable with using "masks" you can graduate into drawing, cutting and using your own stencils.Draw the basic design, using your exacto blade cut the design smoothly into the Mylar. Keep the pieces you remove, because there are times when you may want to paint backgrounds and not have to worry about overspray on your foreground.
You don't. Any method other than using a sharpie to draw on your skin is dangerous.
You can if you need to, but I would not recommend doing this for a whole tattoo. Not that there is anything wrong with it per se, but you are taking at risk unneeded trauma to the skin with this configuration as opposed to using a nice tight Round Liner.
Not generally, using a good moisturizer daily will prevent the formation of stretch marks.
