There are adjustments that can be made to the autolube pump, but a dial indicator is required (plunger adjustment). You can also adjust the cable free play to ensure it opens as soon as you twist the throttle. That part only requires a 10mm wrench & an adjustable (or 2 10mm's).
These units are extremely reliable & hardly ever require adjustment. If the bike seems to be running rich ( on oil ), there is most likely other issues -- clogged air filter, plugged exhaust (common if pump was bypassed & premix used), spark plug of incorrect heat
range or plugged jets/air passages.

They are pretty simple, wiring wise. Here is a diagram from a 2001. http://www.weeksmotorcycle.com/pw80-wiring-diagrams.html
In a stock PW80, there is no need to mix oil with the fuel. The oil is injected into the carburetor throat by the oil pump. The factory ratio is estimated to be about 24:1, which is quite rich. On bikes with the oil pump disabled, ratios as lean as 40:1 have been tried with success. The optimum ratio will ultimately depend on the elevation and the jetting used There is an oil tank under the seat
