AnswerProbably not, but earthworms have eyes like snails that is only sensitive to light and darkness as how did they know that where they are at the particular place, even on ground (light) or in the ground (darkness). During rain the climatic condition changes to wet and almost dark so, earthworms have eyes just like snails which are sensitive to light and darkness. Some earthworms have eyes like insect so from their protection but they cannot see clearly as they always use to live underground.

Earthworms don't have eyes, but they do have light-sensitive cellsscattered in their outer skin. These cells don't enable earthworms to see images, or forms, but they do give their skin the capacity to detect light and changes in light intensity. The worm's skin cells are also sensitive to touch and chemicals.

Earthworms are prey to birds because they are smaller, slower, and are not capable of attacking birds. Also, many birds actually have two foveae in their eyes, while humans have one.
