Not a problem, I have painted a farm yard scene and then painted over with a rocket as my son got older. I used Early Learning Centre paints, cheap and cheerful and done the job!

You don't need to use Semi gloss in a bedroom. A Satin finish paint would work well.

Acro Pure and Low Voc paints will work best for childrens bedrooms since they don't have as many chemicals and other harmful substances in them.
