Yes! However, you do need to have a bachelor's degree in something. There are three different types of Master of Architecture degrees, all of which are accredited. The one you are asking about is known as the 4+3 program, meaning you have a 4-year degree in something else and a 3-year Masters of Architecture.

There is also a 4+2 program for people with a 4-year BA or BS in architecture. Obviously their masters degree is two years long. There is also a 1-year masters degree for people that have an accredited 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree.
