Paint thinner will get you high. Pour some in a plastic bag, make the opening small and inhale as much as air as you can!!!!

p.s if you drink a small amount you will start to hallucinate and the effects will last up to 5 hours. It is a very disgusting taste tho.

Yes, it can. The vapors of some thinners are toxic, and in a high concentration can make you sick or unconscious- or dead. This is why "huffing" paint is dangerous..
