because that type of ink has lead in it and you could get lead posining for to much of it ive seen i done before but they sell the tatto ink from wall mart its called India ink a jar for no more that 5 bucks

I'm assuming you don't mean tattoo on human skin, but if you do, I would say no. The paint being dry over the skin would only get in the way, potentially cause infection, and make tattooing very difficult. The tattoo itself would not end up very accurate. Also, the needle might have a hard time penetrating the skin.

If you're asking about stenciling, stamping, or any other form of ink art using a template and/or stencil, then yes. You should be fine. Just make sure that the acrylic is dry, and you may want to purchase a sealant to allow for a better application and protection of the paint.

i wouldn't use acrylic ink for tattooing myself ,acrylic is a form of plastic and is not something one would want to be putting in one's own skin!
