Yes. When you rip it off it is going to bleed. This blood will contain the wart virus and you may spread it elsewhere. Also it is going to grow back. Warts have a very deep root structure. You need to see a doctor to have it frozen or zapped.
The above is not 100% true. First, warts to not actually have 'roots' - rather, they grow via blood vessel, hence the reason why they bleed so badly when you rip them out. I have ripped warts out of my foot, and they never came back. Also, I have seen a doctor regarding my wart problems (all over my hands) and he told me to keep doing what I am doing (trying every method in the book, including wasting my money on Dr Scholl's and using apple cider vinegar) He told me that every time I do a 'treatment' of any kind, I am killing more of the wart. So no, you do not HAVE to see a doctor.
