Dolphins, like humans, enjoy playing. Scientists once did an experiment where they rewarded a dolphin every time she performed a new trick. This went well for several days, as the dolphin went through all the tricks she knew how to do - flips, rolls, bouncing a ball, leaping though a hoop, etc. - and then she ran out of tricks. The scientists and dolphin spent the next couple of days under a lot of stress; the dolphin tried every trick again, and the scientist started to feel guilty about keeping back her snack. Then the dolphin suddenly "got it" - she realized that the scientist was rewarding NEW tricks. The dolphin started dreaming up new tricks and performing them, earning reward after reward! So dolphins can do any trick you can imagine, and then some.
ball tricks, jumping,
Yes they can and such tricks can usually been seen at marine parks.
they jump and do tricks
cause they love doing tricks. dont you know that they do other TRICKS.
Cause they are cute and can do tricks
I would not say they are not as talented but river dolphins tend to be more shy and not as enthusiastic as sea dolphins. You won't commonly see them jump out of the water and do tricks as you would see other dolphins do.
they are giving them homes stopping people from hunting them and protesting about dolphins there you go jimmy you happy?
Because dolphins has a blow-hole to sprout water and breathe like a whale while a whale is bigger in size and it can't do tricks like dolphin
Sometimes they eat them, poor dolphins! Orcas are a member of the dolphin family, but can be trained to not eat them. They are both very alike, they can be trained to do tricks and get along.
what are some things that the mother dolphin does for, or theches, her calves
Yes dolphins do eat marsh mellows at seaworld people use marsh mellows for treats to give dolphins for doing tricks
Yes because they can do dancing on water and different tricks i know sea lions can do different tricks but dolphins can do it better and because they are stronger than shark's they kill them with there big beak and they poke it in there necks................................................................ Hope you liked my answer thank you for reading. +++ They can be trained to perform to entertain humans, but that's not necessarily a measure of "cleverness" and although they do frolic by nature, dolphinarium "tricks" are not their natural behaviour.
