Man (if you include aircraft). Man is the most dangerous and destructive creature on the planet.

True, we are the most destructive, but we aren't all that bad, not all of us.

The most dangerous animal in the air, (not to us but to other animals in Australia) is the Wedge Tailed Eagle. It can see your eye colour from more than 100 meters up, and has incredible speed. There is another, a bird of prey called the Peregrine Falcon which is found in all parts of Australia. It is one of the fastest hawks and it swoops on it's prey at speeds of up to 300km/h. It will kill any small/medium size bird flying in the open.

This would depend on what species you are. Any bird of prey is dangerous to other animals they predate upon, but in the case of theats to humans the eagles and larger owls would be the ones to fear most. The more theatening would most likely be the Marshall Eagle (African), the Phillipene Eagle, the Harpy eagle (Central and South American)and the Crowned Eagle, also an African bird.During breading season any of these large raptors, which definitely includes the large owls, are VERY protective of their nests sites and will HAMMER anything thay cosider a threat. When on the ground in some pats of the world it is important to not only look down and around, but to look up and be aware of what is about to smack you in the head with its feet so hard you will never forget it.They are extremely powerful!!
