Problem was oil pressure switch mounted on front of engine block on left as you look at engine from the front. Got a second hand one . Not hard to fit and problem solved. Sorry can't help with second part of your question. Neil

There is no horn relay on a 1970 mustang
Basically, a "relay" is a switch. When you push the horn button you're triggering the relay which in turn feeds power to the horn.
the horn relay for the 2002 Neon is located under the hood. It is inside of the relay box, the lid should tell you which relay is for the horn.
Most horn buttons provide the ground to energize the horn relay. The horn relay when triggered sends power to the horn.
where is the horn relay on a 93 ranger
The horn relay is located in the fuse box under the hood of the 2007 Chevy Tahoe. The horn relay is responsible for making the car horn have sound.
It could be the relay or the fuse or the horn itself. Or, it could be all three!
