When all else fails, disconnect the battery and reconect it.
First, tune to the radio station you want to program. Next, press the 'set' button (once for the 1st 5 pre-set stations, twice for the 2nd 5 pre-set stations.) The set button is located on the bottom half of the AM/FM button. Then, press the button you want to program (choose 1-5.) You are allowed up to 10 pre-sets (2 on each button.) Good luck!
