if it has a connector it will be behind the license plate or you have to install one
, If you are referring to installing a connector that you can use for a trailer hookup there should be a connector already installed a taped up under the van, near the left rear wheelhouse. There should be about 6 wires that are also taped up and are "blunt cut", coming from that connector. You will need a schematic of wiring diagram and a trailer connector (with wires) to know how to splice the wires in. Take Care, Greg
Plug in the trailer harness into the 7 pin hookup next to the receive hitch if you have a stock towing package.
Check the fuses for the trailer wiring.
The diagnostic connector is under the dash on the driver side.

Look inside the car for a blue connector under the glove box on the passenger side.
Hello The diagnostic hookup is located beside the hood popping lever. It has a cover that you just pop open to access the diagnostic connector where the obdII plugs into. I have a Volvo V70 T5 2001.
u can buy one at the auto parts store and they plug into the tail light harness usually buy unpluging it and pluging in the harness
Buy a kit at Wal-Mart, auto parts or U-Haul comes with instructions
Check your fuses. One is probably blown out. If that is the case you might check the trailer light hookup if you have one.
The diagnostic connector is under the hood. It is located along the engine wiring harness.
