Hello, find the fuse panel on the inside of the car usually on the drivers side where the door and dash come together. Pull off the fuse panel door, you will see a small red button that says reset. Hold down the reset button and the odometer reset button at the same time to switch from miles to kilometers and back. Hope it helps :)
Push the odometer trip reset till you get to "oil" then press and hold down till it reads "100"

you can't, it is necessary to fit a metric odometer.
Up near your dome light is a button that says E/M. This stands for English/Metric, and by pushing it it will change your odometer to kilometers or Miles.
You need to let us know if it has a digital readout, or if it has the traditional mechanical odometer.
There's a buttton on the dash that changes it from miles to kilometers, or vice versa. It's near the trip odometer button, and is a simple procedure.
Just press the button on the right.
To change the shifter cable on a 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette, first you need to disconnect the cable from the shifter, then disconnect it from the engine's control arm. Then replace it with the new cable and make sure it is functioning.
To convert kilometers to miles, you can use the conversion factor where 1 kilometer is approximately equal to 0.621371 miles. Therefore, to change the odometer reading from kilometers to miles, you would multiply the number of kilometers by this factor. For example, if your Ducati 999 odometer reads 999 km, it would be approximately 620.6 miles (999 km * 0.621371).
Press and hold in the odometer setting button till display shows miles or kilometers
