5 months of continuous vaginal bleeding and cramping indicates a problem that needs the services of a pro. Please hit an ER (you don't have to pay when you get there -- they can work that out), or a doctor -- soon.

Brown is just old blood, if it was only slight bleeding and no cramping it was unlikely to be a miscarriage, just what is called a 'threatened' miscarriage. Your doctor may send you for an ultrasound scan just to check all is well.
Any amount of bleeding or spotting counts as a withdrawal bleed when you're on hormonal contraception. Cramping and bloating may still occur, but bleeding will be lighter. Cramping and bloating should also decrease over the first three months of NuvaRing use. Cramping and bloating could also be signs of infection, so talk with your health care provider about whether an exam is needed in your case.

I would not stress about it. My breasts are only tender for a few days and then that goes away. As for the cramping, it could have been implantaion cramping which would not last long either.
The only way to be sure is to examined by a doctor.
Some women have breakthrough bleeding only for a week or two; for others it lasts months. After the first year of use, you're likely to have no bleeding at all.
Im only 7 weeks, and i cramp all the time. its not bad cramping, but its mild come and go type cramping..
It is possible. I knew when I ovulated with my first child and I had cramping like that. Mine was from a cyst that formed after the egg burst through which is why it was cramping only on side. With my other 2 children and with 1 miscarriage I also had cramping all over just from the changes in ligaments etc... My miscarriage was a blighted ovum and had nothing to do with the cramping. Slight cramping in early pregnancy is very common.
Oh my god, 212 months pregnant? That is definitely too long. A normal pregnancy lasts only 9 months. 212 months, that is more than 17 years!!! Incredible!!!
