Woozworld, should load fast. If it takes forever to load. Clean your tempary internet files and cookies. Then restart your browser.
Then the loader should load slow to start with, but the next time you login it should be fast.

Woozworld membership (also known as VIP) has to be bought, but once you pay for it you have the status VIP forever, although you loose the VIP feature once your not VIP anymore. I hope this helps :)
