Do you mean it's flooding out while idling or is it when you are driving? Is this a Holley carb? There could be several reasons. Fuel level set too high, a leaking power valve and so forth. I need to know a little more about what you have to really be able to help.
well its fine until i hit the gas to get moving then it doesnt want to see high rps but with it in park or neutral it will rev to 6500 easy as pie.
it was the cam that was replaced at some point right before i got the engine and it was off a bit, and the pluming for the vacume was bad, runs like a raped ape fix it a while back
check the jetting.
My 1998 Park Avenue would not idle. I cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) and the cavity it fits into with carb cleaner. Now it works fine. My 1998 Park Avenue would not idle. I cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) and the cavity it fits into with carb cleaner. Now it works fine.
There is no such thing as carb free food.If you don't want carbohydrates then WATER will be fine for you.
First of all you don't have a carb, you have fuel injection. My first guess your problem is a failing fuel metering valve or maybe even a failing fuel pump. Good luck
More than likely a low fuel pressure problem, or the fuel pump is gradually dying. it shouldn't have a car, rather TBI or a vortec setup. im thinking tbi, it looks like a carb, but has two big injectors over the intake holes.
No, pasta is not a saturated fat. Pasta is a carb and is fine in moderation.
In motor vehicles, the 'carb' is the carburetor which supplies the engine with a fine mist of fuel for combustion. In food, a 'carb' is a carbohydate, one component of food commonly found in starchy foods, sugar, fruit, and others. It also stands for California Air Resources Board (CARB)

I went from the original quadrajet to a Holly and it solved that problem... Are you sure it is not the carb?
