∙ 14y agoits happened to me a million times but it stopped for me.so to avoid this problem you have to drink a lot of water and not drink too much drinks such as soda, juice, and more.hope this helps

But don't worry. It happens to me every now and again.
But if it continues to bother you after a weeks or so, you may want to see your doctor about it.
