God sent Noah the message that there was a flood coming. Here is the story - While Noah was asleep God sent him a message saying there was going to be bad weather. The next day Noah told all of his friends and some of them helped him to build the boat. When the boat was built Noah told everyone that there was a bad flood coming, some people believed him but some didn't, the people that didn't got left behind because theydidn't trust him. When it rained all the good people and animals were saved and all of the bad animals and humans were killed so that they would learn that Noah cares about all not just nice people that he know people that live in the world that he lives in too. The boat floated along the new sea that was caused by the rain. Then Noah sent out a dove and then the dove came back with a fresh olive leaf and then Noah new that there must have been dry land somewhere so he followed the dove and they were soon ashore again. A few days later the flood absorbed into the earth and grew new plants more and more animals reproduced to make up for all of the bad animals. Soon the earth was back to normal again. Because Noah had saved all of the good people and animals they named that boat he and his friends built ' Noahs Ark '! I hope I helped you, I felt like doing the whole story but a bit shorter cuz I am doing this stuff in school and I want to show my teacher what kind of answers I have been answering. ∙ 12y agoIn Genesis you can read that God saw how mankind had turned from Him. The Bible doesn't say but probably Noah followed God's ways and in faith brought sacrifices to God for his (Noah's) sin. The Bible does say:
Gen 6:8 But the LORD was pleased with Noah.
So God spoke to Noah and told him about the flood and how he and his family could be saved from the food.
Gen 6:17 I am going to send a flood on the earth to destroy every living being. Everything on the earth will die,
Gen 6:18 but I will make a covenant with you. Go into the boat with your wife, your sons, and their wives.
