Neji is a genius ninja who lives in the Village hidden in the Leaves. He hates his cousin, Hinata Hyuuga, who was born into the Main Branch, a more powerful and valuable branch of the Hyuuga clan. On the otherside, Neji was born into the Cadet Branch, a lesser branch of the Hyuuga clan. Whenever the Main Branch feels one of the members of the Cadet Branch are being unreasonable or dangerous, they use their secret powers to squish their brains into jelly as Neji said in the anime. Neji has a cruel demenor, telling both Hinata Hyuuga and Naruto Uzumaki that they are faliures. Neji can perform advanced arts of the Hyuuga clan. His Eight Trigrams; 64 Palms can drain opponents' chakra, making it unable for them to use their jutsu or move. He also knows the Gentle Fist, a very powerful move that lets Neji injure an enemies' chakra circulatory system. It's a flurry of taijutsu that he uses on opponents. His other move called Byakugan allows him to predict and see the future, as well as others' chakra systems. There is a rumor that the Sharingan was developed from the Byakugan.
