Any internet browser will view them (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome ETC.) But if you want to edit it the simplest and one of the most common ways is the program Notepad which usually comes with your computer. There are also other programs which can be downloaded from the internet which have syntax highlighting to make editing easier. For example, Notepad++, Sublime-Text2.

∙ 13y agoWeb Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari are typical HTML file viewers. You may also use HTML editors to view Hyper Text Mark up Language code.
In Firefox you can see the raw source code by clicking View, then Page Source.
