Go through the level until you reach the point where you shoot out the green tube.
Climb up the chains, and jump onto the spring. at the left u will see ledges jump onto them and just jump up and up and up until u reach the top, jump to the right and enter the door. u r now on the afro ninja level. hope that helps. I have yet to figure out how to beat it ;)
