Krokotopia is in the spiral. The only way you can gain access is to finish Wizard City, then Professor Ambrose will give you access to the spiral door in Bartleby. You may teleport to a friend, but you still will not be allowed to enter whenever you want.

You will not be able to right away jump into another world even if you are a member. I assume you are a lower level who just got a membership? If so, then go to Olde Town, talk to the last guard and complete Firecat Alley and Cyclops Lane, then defeat Lord Nightshade. After that, the Headmaster will let you to go to Krokatopia, and then from there you can go to Marlybone, Mooshu, and so on.
