Where do you join clans on adventure quest?

I believe you mean the elemental clans as in;

Aerodu - Clan of the Skies

Dynami - Energy Clan

Geoto - Clan of the Earth

Glacius - Ice Clan

Igneus - Fire Clan

Lucian - Clan of Light

Nautica - Clan of the Waters

Nocturu - Clan of Darkness

Unity - For All, Clan Affiliated and Clanless, who seek to strengthen Paxia through the effort of Unity

If that's the case then Click Travel --> Click Sail East --> Click Paxia

Then choose a clan by talking to their leader.

If you meant a clan as in vampire/werewolf/werepryes then there not actually clans there sub-races (often gets misinterpreted) but if you want to join them then:

1.Click Travel Map

2.Go to the top left corner and click Darkovia forest

3.Go to Werewolf lair or Vampire castle

4.Accept the curse or get bitten.
