However, at the end of the game, during the quest "The Weapon", you will get to see Rose again for a whole day. Afterwards, you will be given the choice by Theresa to pick what your reward for saving Albion from a dark fate. If you picked "Love", then you should meet your dog at the docks after the ship brings you back from the Spire, and you should receive a letter from Rose, telling you that she's in a place deep in a forest and being watched over by a king-like figure who is thin, tall and hooded.
