No fuse for those symptoms. Could be low on coolant. Bad thermostat. Plugged heater core (my guess). Temp blend door problems.

The thermostat is usually powered by the indoor unit or air handler not the outdoor unit. Or the batteries have died, or the control fuse is blown.
You might have bad actuator that opens and closes airways.
When a fuse blows, it essentialy breaks the circuit. So the current can no longer flow, this is used as a safety measure.
When a fuse blows, you should replace the fuse and check to see what might have caused it to blow. It's a sign that there might be something causing too much current to flow in the circuit.
