It is currently very easy to obtain. Local welding supply or gas supply companies offer hydrogen in T bottles. Almost all of the hydrogen currently available is stripped from natural gas, so the cost is fairly low.

now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is because metals have positive ions and so does hydrogen. Hence the nature of their reactivity is same but the value of reactivity is different. Therefore metals replace hydrogen in a reaction while non metals dont...
general purpose software is the software that is not written for any specific business or organisation but can be used to suit their specific need whereas integrated software is a set of programs combined into a single package that allows data to be transfered easily between the programs.
I assume that you mean Helium ... one of the Noble Gases. It is the second lightest Element, Hydrogen is the first. Being a noble gas, it does not burn so it is used in balloons. The noble gases do not readily combine with other elements to form other compounds ... they just 'stand alone.' A balloon filled with hydrogen can and does easily explode, but one filled with helium will not
It is expected to be easily accessible to the general public in 2015
IT all ready is

it should be easily accessible in about 4 years. when more dams show up, more use of hydro power there will be.
haha
now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About 20 percent of electricity in the US is nuclear, slightly less in the UK, and about 75 percent in France. So it is being used all the time.
Probably never. Most of the earth is too flat for good hydroelectric production. People tend to live on the flatter parts, for practical reasons. So for most folks, no hydroelectric.
Bases combines easily with hydrogen atoms
In an open area where it is easily accessible
Hydrogen bonds are easily broken. Think of swimming through water.
Yes hydrogen can be easily renewed by separating it from water or extracting it from gasoline
