The magnesium I take is safe to take with just about anything. I think the only warning they have mixing it with heart medicine or blood pressure regulators. I've been really happy with it for a year or so. No upset tummy or any other side affects.

you will be in a fair bit of trouble because if it tells u to take for example like one and u took 10 u are going to be in pain and possibly die

The acid will neutralize (change color and bubble) because the Tums is calming down or neutralizing the acid and making it have a neutral pH.
