Henry Ford produced his very first car, the Quadricycle, in 1896. He then produced the Model A, B, and prototypes of other models, until in 1908 he started production of the Model T. He then produced a Model he called the A in 1928, not to be confused with the original Model A.

I assume you are referring to the Ford Model T. Over the period from 1908 to 1927 there were 14 different versions of the Model T built by Ford. Independent coach builders also built other variants.
