No direct relationship, since Samuel lived about 400 years after Moses and was not a descendant of his. However, they are connected in that both were major Prophets and leaders of their respective generations, both were Levites, and both were among those who transmitted the Israelite traditions to the following generation (Maimonides, introduction to the Yad). I think mind you think they were sort of brothers. Not blood brothers but Moses was adopted into their family in a way. In their heart's they were brothers.
