The sun generally rises at 4:50-5:00am and sets at about 7:20-7:30pm (not daylight savings time), So I think a reasonable time for us vampires to go to sleep is 4:45am and wake up at 7:30pm. I'v made this my sleep rutine since I was 13 and began my transition. I just couldn't do it on school days so I was forced to put up with the sun giving me head aches, stomach aches and really bad sun burn.
